Racism is a serious problem in America. The Southern Poverty Law Center identified 888 organized hate groups — a staggering 48% increase since 2000. This increase in the number of hate groups — white supremacists, neo-Nazis, anti-immigrant extremists, anti-gay groups and others — is an alarming trend.
As the ranks of hate swell, people of goodwill must stand up and be counted.
